A heavy item needs more than a van. It needs the right crew, sometimes a lift gate, sometimes a two person team, and often a call before arrival. That is a different operation from the parcel network, which is why the fastest tiers rarely appear on heavy goods.
The trade is speed for handling, and it is usually a good trade. Paying for same day on a couch is not a service anyone can honestly run.

Pick a date when someone can be home, and clear the path the item needs. If the placement you were counting on is not offered, that is a fact to learn before the truck arrives rather than after.
