The cutoff is not one national time. It is a local rule drawn from warehouse location, route timing, and the item, which is why two members in two cities see two different clocks on the same afternoon.
So do not memorise a time. Read the promised date. If the date says today, you are inside the cutoff. If it says tomorrow, you are outside it, and the tier name will not change that.
Planning around the clock
- Order early in the day when the date matters, because the cutoff only narrows as hours pass.
- Check the date, not the badge, because the badge is a category and the date is a commitment.
- Keep one tier of slack for anything that has to land on a specific day.
