Is Amazon Prime Worth It Without Prime Video?
Take the streaming out and the question gets sharper, not worse. Prime Video needs to count only if you would pay for it separately, and it counts for nothing if you are already paying someone else for the same hours. That leaves delivery, and delivery is studiable.

Why video decides so much
It is the perk that most often tips a borderline membership, because it can substitute for a subscription you already carry. That substitution is real value when it happens and imaginary value when it does not.
So the test is simple. Would you pay a separate streaming bill for what Prime Video gives you? If yes, count it. If you would not, do not, and judge the rest on its own.
Here is the part nobody says out loud. A perk you would not buy is not value. It is decoration on a plan you are already paying for.
What you are left with
- Fast delivery, the load bearing perk.
- Grocery and pharmacy benefits, where they apply to your address.
- Prime Reading and Amazon Music, both modest.
- Amazon Photos, which only matters against paid storage.
A lever is only worth money if you were already pulling it. Photos is the clearest example: it saves nothing unless you currently pay for storage elsewhere.
The honest shape of the verdict
Without streaming, the membership is a delivery subscription with some loose extras. That is fine if your order count clears the break even line, and it is a no if it does not. Delivery is a countable benefit. Streaming is a preference.
If you are on the line and would not pay for video on its own, the decision belongs to your order history. Run it at how many orders a month, then commit to the answer.
