The Prime benefit is a lower entry rate, not a different service. You still decide whether the model suits you, which is the question that actually matters here.

- Suits: someone who wants ready access to primary care and a modern booking model.
- Suits: someone whose current option is inconvenient enough to be worth changing.
- Does not suit: anyone already happy with their care, since a discount is not a reason to switch.
A reduced rate on a service you do not need is not a saving. The discount only lands if the service was already a candidate for you, and that decision belongs with you and your clinician rather than with a membership page.
How to treat it
Think of it as a coupon for a parallel service, not as part of your Prime bundle. It sits alongside the pharmacy benefits here without being one of them, and it does not touch prescription pricing at all.
