This half of the Prime membership is a set of discounts on things you already buy. That makes it different from delivery. Delivery value grows with every order you place. Discount value is capped by your own basket, because a benefit on something you never buy saves you nothing.

The short answer. Whole Foods member pricing, Amazon Fresh delivery, Amazon Pharmacy, RxPass, fuel savings, One Medical, and Subscribe and Save are all real benefits. Each has its own rule, its own minimum or fee, and its own current rate, and all of those are set by Amazon rather than by this page.
How the value actually works
Run your own shopping against the benefit rather than the reverse. If you already buy groceries, fill prescriptions, and put fuel in a car, these discounts have a surface to land on. If you do not, they are a list of coupons for someone else.

What it does to a week
It changes the receipt, not the routine. The weekly shop stays the weekly shop, with a member line item somewhere on it.
These benefits are coupons with a membership bolted on. A coupon only pays when you were going to buy the thing anyway. Buying something to use a coupon is not saving. It is shopping with a justification.

Read the third column twice. Each of these has a condition attached, and the condition is where the value lives or dies. The minimums and fees that decide it
Grocery delivery carries a basket rule, a fee that varies with order size and time slot, and sometimes a delivery area restriction. Pharmacy carries an eligibility question, because which medications are covered and whether insurance applies both change the outcome.
So the honest test is not "does Prime have grocery savings". It is "does the saving clear the minimum and the fee on the basket I actually order". Run that on your own basket, then fold the result into the break even calculator if you are deciding on the membership as a whole.

Are these discounts permanent?
No. Each rate is set by Amazon or the partner, and each can change or end. A benefit on someone else’s screenshot is not a term of your membership. Read the current version where it is published.
Do these benefits stack with each other?
Sometimes, and only where the terms allow. A Subscribe and Save order and a delivery window setting are the kind of thing that can combine, while other offers are exclusive by design. The stacking rule is printed with the offer, not in a general guide.
