RxPass Prime Eligibility
RxPass is a flat rate add on rather than a discount, and its eligibility is decided per medication. That makes the whole question a list question. Either the drugs you take are on the covered list or they are not, and Amazon publishes the list rather than this page.

What RxPass actually is
Worth naming plainly. RxPass is not insurance. It is a list with a flat price attached, and your medications are either on it or not.
It is a separate add on to the Prime membership that covers a set of eligible generic medications for a flat rate. It is not the pharmacy pricing in general, and it is not a plan that covers everything.
So treat it as a package deal on a fixed list, not as insurance. If your medications sit on the list, the flat rate can be excellent. If they do not, being a member changes nothing about them.
How to check eligibility
- List your prescriptions, including the exact dose and form.
- Check the covered list on Amazon’s own page for each one.
- Compare the flat rate against what you pay now for the same set.
- Check the delivery terms, since the flat rate comes with how the medication arrives.
Do it drug by drug. A partial match is the normal outcome, and the honest question is whether the matched half saves more than the unmatched half costs in switching effort.
When a drug is not covered
Then it runs through ordinary Amazon Pharmacy pricing or through your insurance, and RxPass simply does not apply to it. Nothing is lost. The add on is only worth buying when the list lines up with your list.
One more honest note. Medication decisions belong to you and your clinician, not to a membership offer. A flat rate is a reason to check the price, never a reason to change what you take.
Buy it if your regular generics sit on the covered list and the flat rate beats what you pay now.
Skip it if most of your medications fall outside the list. An add on for a list you are not on is a subscription to nothing.
