Does Prime Include Ring and eero?
No. Prime does not include Ring, eero, or similar hardware. They are products with their own prices and, in some cases, their own subscriptions. The membership makes the assistant fuller. It does not include the cameras and routers people expect it to. This is the single most common smart home misunderstanding, so it gets its own page.

The short answer
A Prime membership covers services and benefits, not a starter kit of devices. Ring cameras, eero routers, and similar products are sold separately. A camera in the box is a purchase, not a perk.
If you own them already, they work alongside your account, but owning them is not the same as them being included. The distinction is worth repeating because so much marketing blurs it.
What these products actually are
Smart home hardware, made by Amazon or its brands, with their own plans for some features. Their plans and the membership are two different things. What each one costs and covers is set by the retailer, not by Prime.
So when a page says a membership unlocks your camera’s storage, read carefully. Some features tie to a device plan rather than to Prime, and the terms live with the device.
Where Prime actually helps instead
Two places. The assistant, which the membership makes fuller, and streaming, where Prime Video is the real value in the digital bundle. Those are the smart home adjacent perks, and neither one is a camera.
